  • Seamless WhatsApp Distribution: The videos were efficiently delivered via WhatsApp, ensuring each recipient received their personalized message in a convenient and accessible way.

The Challenge

itel aimed to make its dealers and distributors feel valued and celebrated during India's major festivals. To achieve this, itel needed a scalable solution that would allow them to create thousands of personalized video messages featuring Hrithik Roshan, each addressing the recipient by name and wishing them for a specific festival. The challenge was to ensure high-quality visuals, accurate personalization, and timely distribution to coincide with each festival’s celebration day.

The Solution

Studio by Gan.AI’s Personalization Technology

Studio by Gan.AI enabled itel to produce and distribute personalized videos with Hrithik Roshan efficiently, allowing each message to feel unique and heartfelt. Seven festival-specific video messages were created, including wishes for Holi, Durga Puja, Dusshera, Diwali, Ganpati, and more.

Video Format and Script: Each video was a short 5-6 second clip with the following features:

  • Recipient's Name: Personalized name callouts were included in each greeting, making each video feel tailored and individual.

  • Festival-Specific Message: Each video displayed a festival greeting like “Happy Holi” or “Happy Dusshera” in the top right corner, stylized for a festive look.

  • Background Music: An uplifting background track added to the celebratory tone.

Script: “itel ki taraf se [Name] ji ko a very very happy [Festival Name],”
where the recipient’s name and festival were dynamically inserted.

Campaign Execution

Personalized Messaging

Each video featured Hrithik Roshan delivering a warm and personalized greeting to the recipient by name, creating a sense of personal connection and making each recipient feel valued.

Visual Customization

In each video, the festival name appeared stylishly in the top right corner, enhancing the visual appeal while reinforcing the specific celebration theme.

Pre-Generation and Bulk Distribution

Studio by Gan.AI enabled itel to pre-generate thousands of personalized videos based on their dealer and distributor data. These videos were then scheduled for WhatsApp distribution, ensuring that each greeting was delivered on the relevant festival day.

Delivery Method

itel used WhatsApp as the primary delivery channel for the personalized videos. This approach provided easy access for the recipients, allowing them to receive and share the festive greetings directly on their phones. By leveraging WhatsApp’s accessibility, itel ensured that each dealer and distributor received their personalized message at the perfect moment, amplifying the impact of each festive greeting.
